- Helium leak testing and hydrocarbon testing to 2x 10-11 atm-cc/sec.
- Oxygen analysis to 1 ppb.
- Moisture analysis to 1 ppb.
- Particle testing to .014 micron

Analytical Testing
Testing Procedures
All gas used for analytical testing during manufacturing,
is
filtered and purified to .003 micron prior to injection into
subassemblies or gas panels.
Valve seats are subjected to helium leak testing to 1x10-9 atm-cc/sec.
Final Purging And Testing
Subsequent to all analytical testing, the gas panels are purged and back-filled with ultra pure argon. Panels are shipped pressurized with gas.
