Custom Gas Panels
Applied Energy Systems manufactures a wide range of high purity custom gas panels and liquid delivery systems. A few of the systems we have built and tested are:

- Pressure and flow testing stations
System flow rates from 0.3sccm up to 1000slpm for turbine blade coating systems have been designed and manufactured.
Silane delivery systems have been manufactured for flows in excess of 100 slpm.
Fluorine and Hydrogen Fluoride delivery systems have been provided with flow rates in excess of 200 slpm.
All fabrication of gas panels is performed in our cleanrooms and helium leak tested using leak detectors with sensitivity to 5.0x10-11
Atm-cc/sec.
AES offers full analytical testing to document trace levels of moisture, oxygen, hydrocarbons, and particulate.
