AES is showcasing the capabilities of its SEMI-GAS® Xturion™ Blixer™ to support various processes that require forming gas mixtures. The Blixer™ provides a cost-effective alternative to purchasing expensive pre-mixed gas cylinders by enabling operators to blend their own mixtures on-site in their facility.
AES has unveiled its new Centurion™ Fully Automatic Mini Source System to support low volume gas applications. The SEMI S2 compliant system combines SEMI-GAS’® ultra high purity standard Centurion™ gas source manifold and GigaGuard™ CDM400 controller, to safely and precisely deliver gases from small, lecture bottle sized cylinders.
AES is showcasing its SEMI-GAS® Nanoturion™ Valve Manifold Box for Dichlorosilane (DCS) to support semiconductor process equipment manufacturing and related applications. The premier Fully Automatic system includes manifold heat tracing and a standalone wall-mounted heater controller to enable multi-zone heat capabilities for stabilizing the high flow rates and delivery pressures required for vaporizing and delivering DCS.
AES has introduced the GSM-V™ Controller to replace the GSM-5™ Gas Safety Monitor, a legacy technology from the company’s line of ultra high purity gas delivery systems. The new controller has been modernized with a color touchscreen interface as well as an EtherCAT PLC-based control system, and is optimized for hassle-free, drop-in replacement by customers to easily upgrade AT-Plus Series gas source systems that currently use the GSM-5™.
AES has introduced an updated design for its heater blanket for use with SEMI-GAS® and VERSA-GAS™ source systems supporting liquefied gas delivery. New features have been added to the standard blanket design to improve the product’s safety and performance in vaporizing liquefied gases to achieve high, sustainable flow rates.
AES has unveiled the latest Applied Solution it developed for a leading global telecommunications cables producer to support the company’s fiber optics cable manufacturing: the Ultra High Purity (UHP) Silicon Tetrachloride (SiCl4) Delivery System.

AES has announced the introduction of its newly designed VERSA-GAS™ vSource™ Gas Cabinets, which are made for the reliable, safe delivery and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous process and purge gases. The newly branded gas source cabinets accommodate 1, 2, or 3 cylinder configurations and also offer flexibility in operation, with the choice of manual, semi automatic, or fully automatic control.
