AES has announced the release of a new Compact Data Monitor (CDM) model in its GigaGuard™ line of control technology: the CDM400 controller for continuous monitoring of process instrumentation in fully automatic source systems. GigaGuard™ controllers are built specifically to support monitoring and management of AES’ SEMI-GAS® brand of ultra high purity gas delivery systems.
AES has announced the introduction of its newly designed VERSA-GAS™ vSource™ Gas Cabinets, which are made for the reliable, safe delivery and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous process and purge gases. The newly branded gas source cabinets accommodate 1, 2, or 3 cylinder configurations and also offer flexibility in operation, with the choice of manual, semi automatic, or fully automatic control.
